Terms of service

Overview

Sheldon is a scheduling automation service for small music schools, operated by Himalayan Corporation. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Managed setup

  • Managed setup is a one-time service priced at $999.
  • Includes remote configuration, onboarding, and go-live support.
  • We review your application for fit before sending a payment link.
  • Delivery target: your scheduling workflow is set up within 14 days of payment.

Self-setup kit

  • The self-setup kit is a one-time purchase priced at $99.
  • Includes skill pack, workflow specs, config examples, templates, and documentation.
  • You are responsible for OpenClaw installation, LLM provider access, and Google integrations.
  • No remote setup or implementation support is included.

Refund policy

For managed setup: if we cannot deliver a working scheduling workflow within 14 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. For the self-setup kit: refunds are not available once digital deliverables have been accessed.

Limitations

  • Sheldon operates on Google Workspace. Other calendar or email providers are not supported.
  • The service does not include billing, payments, student self-booking, or SMS reminders.
  • Conflict and edge-case review is manual. Timely resolution depends on your responsiveness.
  • We do not guarantee uptime or availability of third-party services (Google, Stripe, etc.).

Intellectual property

All skill packs, workflow specs, templates, and documentation provided are the intellectual property of Himalayan Corporation. You may use them for your own school operations. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

Liability

Sheldon and Himalayan Corporation are not liable for missed lessons, scheduling errors, or any damages arising from the use of our services. The service is provided as-is.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
